Develop Commercial Cockpit into an all-in-one self-service solution which allows a user to toggle with possible levers that help define their RTM strategy.
It should be able to help individual BEES touchpoint product owners to plan their resources and define strategies. The country digital insights team can then plan the RTM strategies of it`s brands within limitations of these resources. He should be able to do this while ensuring that he`s able to create a positive impact on the KPIs of distribution , incremental conversion, SKUs held per POC etc. ensuring we maximize the utilization of our retail partners.
